You can add and manage the following integrations in Aquila Clouds:

  • Login authentication to add OKTA configuration that can be used for user authentication.

  • Ticket service (incident) to platforms such as PagerDuty and ServiceNow for alerts that are generated when the threshold values match or exceed the selection criterion.
    Note: For adding ticket to the PagerDuty platform, you will require Integration Key. For the ServiceNow platform, you will require user credentials and Instance ID.

This topic explains you to:

Add a new authentication integration

  1. On the side navigation bar, select the Administration tab, and click Integrations.

  2. Click Add.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Add Integration page.

  3. Select Authentication as the Integration Service Type. By default, Authentication is selected. If you change to Ticket Service, Aquila Cloud displays the options for adding a ticket service.

  4. Enter the following details:

    • State: Toggle on to set the OKTA configuration to active.

    • Name: Type the name of the OKTA instance.

    • Client Id: Type the client ID for the OKTA instance.

    • Okta Domain: Type the domain of the OKTA instance.

  5. Click Confirm.

Aquila Clouds adds new OKTA integration with the required details.

Add a new ticket service integration

  1. On the side navigation bar, select the Administration tab, and click Integrations.

  2. Click Add.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Add Integration page.

  3. Select Ticket Service as the Integration Service Type.
    Aquila Clouds displays options for adding a ticket service integration.

  4. Enter the following details:

    • State: Toggle on to set the ticket service to active.

    • Name: Type the name of the ticket service.

    • Integration Type: Select the required ticket service for integration.

      • Pager Duty:
        Integration Key: Type the integration key for the account registered with the PagerDuty platform.

      • Service Now:

        • Username: Type the username of the account registered with the ServiceNow platform.

        • Password: Type the password for the ServiceNow account.

        • Instance ID: Type the instance ID for the account registered with ServiceNow.

  5. Click Confirm.

Aquila Clouds adds new ticket service integration with the required details.

Edit an authentication integration

  1. On the side navigation bar, select the Administration tab, and click Integrations.

  2. For an existing Okta integration, click Edit.

  3. Edit the following details on the Edit Integration page:

    • State: Toggle to modify the state of OKTA configuration.

    • Name: Modify the name of the OKTA instance.

    • Client Id: Modify the client ID for the OKTA instance.

    • Okta Domain: Modify the domain of the OKTA instance.

  4. Click Confirm and Do you wish to Confirm?.

Aquila Clouds updates the selected Okta integration.

Edit a ticket service integration

  1. On the side navigation bar, select the Administration tab, and click Integrations.

  2. For an existing ticket service integration, click Edit.

  3. Enter the following details on the Edit Integration page:

    • State: Toggle to modify the state of the ticket service.

    • Name: Modify the name of the ticket service.

    • Integration Type: Modify the integration type of the ticket service.

      • Pager Duty:
        Integration Key: Modify the integration key for the account registered with the PagerDuty platform.

      • Service Now:

        • Username: Modify the username of the account registered with the ServiceNow platform.

        • Password: Modify the password for the ServiceNow account.

        • Instance ID: Modify the instance ID for the account registered with ServiceNow.

  4. Click Confirm and Do you wish to Confirm?.

Aquila Clouds updates the selected ticket service integration.
