Adding and managing integrations
You can add and manage the following integrations in Aquila Clouds:
Login authentication to add OKTA configuration that can be used for user authentication.
Ticket service (incident) to platforms such as PagerDuty and ServiceNow for alerts that are generated when the threshold values match or exceed the selection criterion.
Note: For adding ticket to the PagerDuty platform, you will require Integration Key. For the ServiceNow platform, you will require user credentials and Instance ID.ERP integration to platforms such as ConnectWise PSA(TM), formerly Manage.
This topic explains you to:
Add a new authentication integration
On the side navigation bar, select the ADMINISTRATION tab, and click Integrations.
Aquila Clouds displays the Integrations page.Â
Click Add.
Aquila Clouds displays the Add Integration page.Select Authentication as the Integration Service Type. By default, Authentication is selected. If you change to Ticket Service, Aquila Cloud displays the options for adding a ticket service.

State: Toggle on to set the OKTA configuration to active.
Name:Â Type the name of the OKTA instance.
Client Id:Â Type the client ID for the OKTA instance.
Okta Domain:Â Type the domain of the OKTA instance.
Click Confirm.
Aquila Clouds adds new OKTA integration with the required details.
Add a new ticket service integration
On the side navigation bar, select the ADMINISTRATION tab, and click Integrations.
Aquila Clouds displays the Integrations page.Â
Click Add.
Aquila Clouds displays the Add Integration page.Select Ticket Service as the Integration Service Type.
Aquila Clouds displays options for adding a ticket service integration.Enter the following details:
State: Toggle on to set the ticket service to active.
Name:Â Type the name of the ticket service.
Integration Type: Select the required ticket service for integration.
Pager Duty:
Integration Key: Type the integration key for the account registered with the PagerDuty platform.Service Now:
Username: Type the username of the account registered with the ServiceNow platform.
Password: Type the password for the ServiceNow account.
Instance ID: Type the instance ID for the account registered with ServiceNow.
Click Confirm.

Add a new ERP integration
On the side navigation bar, select the ADMINISTRATION tab, and click Integrations.
Aquila Clouds displays the Integrations page.Click Add.
Aquila Clouds displays the Add Integration page.Select ERP as the Integration Service Type.
Select ConnectWise Manage as the Integration Type.
Enter the following details:
ConnectWise Agent Type: Choose between the following
Generic Agent: With this agent type, there is no rollup of data
Rollup by categories: With this agent type, the data are rolled up by categories
Rollup by SKU names: With this agent type, the data are rolled up by SKU names
ConnectWise Manage Server URL:Â The URL of the ConnectWise Manage (PSA) Server URL
ConnectWise Company ID:Â The ID of the company that owns the ConnectWise Manage (PSA) instance
Public Key:Â Public key to access the ConnectWise Manage (PSA) Server
Private Key: Private Key to access the ConnectWise Manage (PSA) Server
Schedule ConnectWise Data Send? If Yes, user can input a schedule to push the data from BillOps to ConnectWise Manage (PSA) server on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
Click Confirm.
Aquila Clouds adds new ConnectWise Manage integration with the required details.
Edit an authentication integration
On the side navigation bar, select the ADMINISTRATION tab, and click Integrations.
Aquila Clouds displays the Integrations page.Â
For an existing Okta integration, click Edit.
Edit the following details on the Edit Integration page:
State: Toggle to modify the state of OKTA configuration.
Name:Â Modify the name of the OKTA instance.
Client Id:Â Modify the client ID for the OKTA instance.
Okta Domain:Â Modify the domain of the OKTA instance.
Click Confirm and Do you wish to Confirm?.
Aquila Clouds updates the selected Okta integration.
Edit a ticket service integration
On the side navigation bar, select the ADMINISTRATION tab, and click Integrations.
Aquila Clouds displays the Integrations page.Â
For an existing ticket service integration, click Edit.
Enter the following details on the Edit Integration page:
State: Toggle to modify the state of the ticket service.
Name:Â Modify the name of the ticket service.
Integration Type: Modify the integration type of the ticket service.
Pager Duty:
Integration Key: Modify the integration key for the account registered with the PagerDuty platform.Service Now:
Username: Modify the username of the account registered with the ServiceNow platform.
Password: Modify the password for the ServiceNow account.
Instance ID: Modify the instance ID for the account registered with ServiceNow.
Click Confirm and Do you wish to Confirm?.
Aquila Clouds updates the selected ticket service integration.
Edit an ERP integration
On the side navigation bar, select the ADMINISTRATION tab, and click Integrations.
Aquila Clouds displays the Integrations page.For an existing ERP integration, click Edit.
Enter the following details:
ConnectWise Agent Type: Choose between the following
Generic Agent: With this agent type, there is no rollup of data

ConnectWise Manage Server URL:Â The URL of the ConnectWise Manage (PSA) Server URL

Delete an integration
On the side navigation bar, select the ADMINISTRATION tab, and click Integrations.
Aquila Clouds displays the Integrations page.Â
For an existing integration, click the following icon.
Click I understand, Delete.
Aquila Clouds deletes the selected integration.
