Viewing the scheduled actions

You can view a summary of all the scheduled actions for the optimizer recommendations. You can filter the scheduled actions based on the cloud service provider, action type and status of different actions. You can filter the scheduled actions for organization, or department and sub-units. For the resources associated with the scheduled actions, you can view details such as environment type, action type, time at which the scheduled actions will be executed and failure messages (if any).

  1. On the side navigation bar, select the OPTIMIZER tab, and click Scheduled Actions.

  2. To filter the scheduled actions:

    • Select the Provider Type from the list and click Apply to view the scheduled actions based on the provider type.

    • Select the Action Type from the list and click Apply to view the scheduled actions based on the action type.

    • Select the Status from the list and click Apply to view the scheduled actions based on status.
