User Interface

This topic enables you to familiarize with different areas of Aquila Clouds BillOps application.

Welcome page:

 

Overview page (landing page):

  • Left Navigation pane: This pane includes different tabs for navigating and using different features of the Aquila Clouds BillOps application.

  • Active page: Displays the title and content of the active page according to the option selected in the product navigation tab.

  • Page filter: Enables you to filter the records displayed on the page.

  • Product Navigation Tabs: This includes the tabs available for managing end-to-end billing operations for end customers.

  • Active Tab: This indicates the currently selected tab.

Edit Bill page:

  • Customer specific Product Catalog: This area includes Product Catalog options and list of available items for the selected Product Catalog option. This area can be opened from the Edit Bill page by clicking on the Product Catalog icon in the top right corner.

  • Product Catalog options: Lists all Product Catalog options that are available:

    • Rate Lines: Enables you to define a rate to be charged for any resource utilization by any customer.

    • Rate Packs: Enables you to define a Rate pack to provide a monthly (bulk) rate for a list of related resources.

    • Adjustments: Enables you to define Adjustments to alter the price for a resource.

  • Action (for managing the selected Product Catalog option): Enables you to create item of the selected Product Catalog option type, select and apply an item to the selected customer, add new a item of the selected Product Catalog option type or delete the selected item.

  • Available items (for selected Product Catalog options): Lists all the available items for the selected Product Catalog option.
