Viewing and managing EFS storage

You can view the details of a EFS from the Storages page. You can access the Cost Over Time, Cost Over Time by Subcategory, Cost Over Time by Storage charts. You can specify the lifecycle policy for one or more EFS storage.
This topic explains you how to:

View the EFS storage

  1. On the side navigation bar, select the GOVERNANCE tab, and click Storages.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Storages page with the volumes details displayed for the organization.

  2. Select the EFS tab.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Storages page with the EFS details displayed for the organization.

     

  3. For the required EFS storage, click View Chart.
    Aquila Clouds displays the EFS Storage Details page with the charts for the selected EFS storage.

     

Define lifecycle policy for a EFS storage

  1. On the side navigation bar, select the GOVERNANCE tab, and click Storages.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Storages page with the volumes details displayed for the organization.

  2. Select the EFS tab.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Storages page with the EFS details displayed for the organization.

     

  3. For the required S3 storage, click add in the Life Cycle Policy column.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Life Cycle Policy Details page.

     

  4. Set the following details:

    • Transitions Interval: Specify the transition interval after which the .

    • Execute Time: Set an execute time for the lifecycle rule. The transitions interval specified is applicable from the execute time of the lifecycle policy.

  5. Click Apply.

Define lifecycle policy for multiple EFS storage

  1. On the side navigation bar, select the GOVERNANCE tab, and click Storages.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Storages page with the volumes details displayed for the organization.

  2. Select the EFS tab.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Storages page with the EFS details displayed for the organization.

  3. Select the check box for the required EFS storage and from the ACTION list select Apply EFS Life Cycle Policy.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Life Cycle Policy Details page.

  4. Set the following details:

    • Transitions Interval: Specify the transition interval after which the .

    • Execute Time: Set an execute time for the lifecycle rule. The transitions interval specified is applicable from the execute time of the lifecycle policy.

  5. Click Apply.
