Viewing and managing S3 storage
You can view the details of a S3 from the Storages page. You can access the Cost Over Time, Cost Over Time by Subcategory, Cost Over Time by Subcategory Cost Over Time by API Request Cost Over Time by Data Transfer Cost Over Time by Fee charts. You can specify the lifecycle policy for one or more S3 storage.

View the S3 storage
On the side navigation bar, select the GOVERNANCE tab, and click Storages.
Aquila Clouds displays the Storages page with the volumes details displayed for the organization.Select the S3 tab.

For the required S3 storage, click View Chart.
Aquila Clouds displays the S3/Storage Account Details page with the charts for the selected S3 storage.Â
Define lifecycle policy for a S3 storage
On the side navigation bar, select the GOVERNANCE tab, and click Storages.

For the required S3 storage, click add in the Life Cycle Policy column.
Aquila Clouds displays the Life Cycle Policy Details page.Enter the following details:
Lifecycle rule name: Specify the name for the lifecycle policy.
Choose a rule scope: Select the required option for the rule scope.
Prefix Filter: Specify the prefix filter for the lifecycle policy. This option is available only when the Limit the scope of this rule using one or more filters is set as the rule scope.
Object size: Select one or more option for the object size.
Lifecycle rule actions: Select one or more option for the lifecycle rule actions.
Execute Time: Set an execute time for the lifecycle rule.
Click Apply.
Define lifecycle policy for multiple S3 storage
On the side navigation bar, select the GOVERNANCE tab, and click Storages.

Select the check box for the required S3 storage and from the ACTION list select Apply S3 Life Cycle Policy.

Lifecycle rule name: Specify the name for the lifecycle policy.
Choose a rule scope: Select the required option for the rule scope.

Object size: Select one or more option for the object size.
Lifecycle rule actions: Select one or more option for the lifecycle rule actions.

Click Apply.
