Overview of billing details of customers

You can take an overview of billing details of all available customers. This enables you to:

  • View overall bill (sum total of bills for all customers) and overall margin (sum total of margin defined for all customers)

  • View the current status of bill for any customer

  • View the billing cycle specific details for customers

  • View alerts (if triggered for any customer)

  • View the invoice if available

  • Download the bill as a PDF or a CSV file to view in offline mode, to conveniently share with other stakeholder, or to integrate with payment management system

Once you have configured AWS or Microsoft Azure with Aquila Clouds, you can access your customer details and details of resources utilized by them in the Aquila Clouds platform.
Note: Aquila Clouds displays your organization's customer details in approximately 24 hours from the time you have configured AWS or Microsoft Azure with Aquila Clouds. Hence, Aquila Clouds recommends you use the platform after 24 hours from the time you have configured.

 

  1. On the side navigation bar, select the Billing tab, and click Overview.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Overview page.

     

  2. (Optional) Select from the list Start Date and End Date to view details only for a specific period.

  3. (Optional) Type the name of the required customer in the Search box and click search to view of only the required customer.

  4. (Optional) Click Download and select the Download PDF or Download CSV to download the file in required format for all customers currently displayed according to the criterion defined in Search and period defined in the Start Date and End Date fields.
