Adding and deleting a BillOps customer

You can add customers to provide them access to the Aquila Clouds BillOps dashboard to view details of their monthly bills. You can also delete an existing customer.

This topic explains you to:

Add a BillOps customer

  1. On the side navigation bar, select the CUSTOMER PROFILE tab, and click Customers.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Customers page.

  2. Click ADD.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Add BillOps Customer page.

  3. Enter the following details.

    • Company Name: Type the name of the company or organization.

    • Industry Vertical: Type the industry vertical of the company or organization.

    • Account Type: Type the account type of the new customer.

    • Azure CSP Customers: Select the Azure CSP customers from the list for which this new customer can view bill details.

    • Azure Stack Subscriptions: Select the Azure stack subscriptions from the list for which this new customer can view bill details.

  4. Click Apply.

Aquila Clouds adds the BillOps customer. You can now manage the customer profile. For more details, see .

Delete a BillOps customer

  1. On the side navigation bar, select the CUSTOMER PROFILE tab, and click Customers.
    Aquila Clouds displays the Customers page.

  2. Click the following icon for the required user and select Delete.

  3. Click I understand, Delete.

The selected customer is deleted from Aquila Clouds BillOps.
