Agreement Mapping for ConnectWise PSA, formerly Manage
Navigate to agreement mapping page
There are two ways to navigate to agreement mapping
From the Integration card
There is an “Agreement Mapping” link from the integration card.
From the left navigation menu
Perform Agreement Mapping
On the Agreement Mapping page, there are two tabs:
Unmapped Customers
Established Mappings
To map the unmapped customers, you can go to the Unmapped Customers page, and map each row accordingly. The “Company Name / Agreement” in the 2nd column is represented by a searchable dropbox with the existing company names and their corresponding agreements. Once you save the mappings, and the operation succeeds, the mapping(s) will show up on the Established Mappings page.
To unmap the customers, you can go to Established Mappings page, and delete the mappings. See below. Each row has an extended menu when you click on the three vertical dots on the right. You can select “Delete” once the extended menu shows.
